Applying to Enrol at St Hilda's

We are very proud of and excited about, the education we offer - innovative, relevant and engaging, designed for girls, valuing girls and the way they learn, and assisting them to become confident, connected, actively involved, life long learners.

The Application Process

Years 7 & 9 are our two main intake levels, however girls can enrol to start at St Hilda's at any year, from Year 7 – 13 as places allow. Demand for places usually exceeds places available. Please refer to our Enrolment Scheme for more information.  

Please note that our online application form is currently under redevelopment and will be available from Monday, 3rd March 2025.

• Boarding Applications for 2026 close 12 noon, Wednesday 28th May 2025
• Day Student Applications for 2026 close 12 noon, Thursday 14th August 2025

Referee Reports are due a week prior to the application closing dates. Please use this template as a guide. It is acceptable for referees to write a separate letter but please ensure that the letter answers the questions outlined in the template. Please email all reports to enrolments@shcs.school.nz
